I would like to compliment Sam at the Westfield Countryside Mall in Clearwater. I wanted to order a pair of Hey Dude tennis shoes for my son online and his size was not available. I called the store and spoke with Sam to see if they had it in stock. The store did not have his size and it was not available online  she double checked for me. Sam then offered to try to track down a pair in his size for me. She took my number and was able to find a pair. I was very surprised by this effort to go the extra mile. Then when I went into the store she was very happy to help me complete the purchase. I thought you should know what an excellent experience she provided for me.
